What a Fiasco in Fremont!

Fiasco is a restaurant that opened up in Fremont back in March earlier this year. It is the latest restaurant from the Heavy Restaurant Group, which has brought you places including Purple Cafe, Barrio, Lot No. 3, and more in the greater Seattle area. I was excited to see Fiasco come in and serve up some Italian food but even more excited when I heard about their brunch menu on the weekends. I love a good brunch and could not wait to check out Fiasco's offerings for my favorite meal of the week.Looking at the brunch menu I knew it was going to be a tough decision of what to get. I was very intrigued by the pairing of fried chicken and french toast (instead of the usual waffles) as well as the smoked salmon benedict but I decided to bring it back to the basics and get the "Classic Breakfast." You can't beat a classic breakfast of two eggs, your choice of breakfast meat, breakfast potatoes, and toast. Per usual, you can't beat a classic.Even though I got a basic breakfast everything on the plate was so flavorful individually and paired so well together. I knew I shouldn't eat all of it but I couldn't help it because it was all so good! And like I've said before, brunch is the most important meal of the week so you got to make it count!
